Laresa McIntyre founded Rockbridge CFO after spending decades inside fast-growing, people-powered businesses, often stepping in when leaders needed clear
financial judgment and the existing structure wasn't giving it to them. Over her career, she’s served as a trusted partner to founders and executive teams, leading finance, human resources, and cross-functional initiatives where clarity and judgment mattered more than titles.

​Her approach to finance is disciplined and systems-oriented. She doesn’t believe in heroics, guesswork, or financial theater. Instead, she helps leaders understand what the numbers are truly telling them and what decisions follow from that insight. Her work focuses on building financial foundations that support sound judgment, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

With more than 15 years of corporate CFO experience in multi-geography service businesses, Laresa has led finance through complex growth and change, including a $50M recapitalization. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting, so her judgment is backed by both formal training and years of practice.

She stays active in the CFO Leadership Council, Association for Corporate Growth, Customer Contact Women, Women in CX, and the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.​
