Over her career, she’s served as a trusted partner to founders and executive teams, leading finance, human resources, and cross-functional initiatives where clarity and judgment mattered more than titles.
Laresa is known for her disciplined, systems-oriented approach to finance. She doesn’t believe in heroics, guesswork, or financial theater. Instead, she helps leaders understand what the numbers are truly telling them and what decisions follow from that insight.
